How YOU can make a difference

Funded to-date by St. Luke’s Health Initiatives, Sertoma Club of the East Valley, Nina Mason Pulliam Trust, The Virginia G. Piper Charitable Trust BHHS Legacy Foundation and private donors, CHAP relies on the pro-bono contributions of audiologists and hearing aid dispensers in Arizona to perform all needed services. CHAP utilizes both new and used hearing aids for its program and also collects non-operating hearing aids for repair credit from hearing aid manufacturers. Each applicant makes a $75/hearing aid contribution to the program at the time of their application to secure sustainable income for the program as well as to provide the recipient with a sense of responsibility to use and care for the hearing aid.

CHAP has been very successful obtaining donations of services from the healthcare community, hearing aids from the manufacturers and used hearing aids from the hearing impaired community. What CHAP needs from you today is a monetary contribution! Every donation is important to CHAP, regardless of how large or small.

We ask that you please make a financial donation to our program so that low income residents of Arizona will be able to hear the wonderful sounds of life again.

CHAP, Inc. also accepts donations of hearing aids. Please don’t let those hearing aids sit in the dresser drawer anymore. If the hearing aids are not being used, please send them to us. We may be able to refurbish the hearing aids and fit them to new users, or we will be able to sell the old aids to a hearing aid repair facility for repair credit. Hearing aids, both working and not working, are of value to the program. You can mail the hearing aids to our organization in a protected mailer and a receipt for your donation will be mailed to you.

Please send your tax deductible donations to:
